The Beep Indian Curry & Dhaba Cook Skills certification checks whether you understand how a dhaba or restaurant curry line runs — ready base gravies, the order in which whole spices, onions, ginger-garlic and powders go in, and cooking the masala till the oil separates.
It also covers white cashew gravy, kadai masala, dal tadka, keeping paneer soft, fixing a salty or raw-tasting gravy, working out plates from a base batch, and storing and reheating base gravy safely during service.
The assessment takes about 7 minutes, is auto-scored, and produces a certificate with a unique verifiable ID you can share with anyone. Beep is backed by Shark Tank India, Google for Startups, Microsoft for Startups and AWS, with over 1 lakh people certified across 300+ fields.

Indian Curry & Dhaba Cook Skills certification FAQs
Is this a hotel-management diploma or a government cook certificate?
No. This is Beep's own knowledge assessment, issued and assessed by Beep only. It has no affiliation with any hotel-management institute, NSDC, any sector skill council, government body, restaurant chain or brand. It is not a licence and not a food-business licence or registration.
Does it include the tandoor?
No. It covers the curry and dhaba line only: base gravies, masala, dal and paneer dishes. Tandoor work is in a separate certification.
How is this different from the Tandoor & Curry Cook certification on Beep?
That certification covers the clay oven plus a few classic gravies such as makhani. This one goes deeper into base gravies, masala order, dal and dhaba line work, with no repeated questions.
