The Beep Tandoor & Curry Cook Skills certification checks whether you understand clay-oven work — knowing when a charcoal tandoor is ready, slapping naan and tandoori roti so they stick to the wall, and keeping your arm protected while you work the tandoor mouth.
It also covers two-stage marination for tandoori chicken, using seekh and checking that tikka is cooked through, and the classic curry station: makhani gravy, browned-onion Mughlai bases, kasuri methi and keeping cream gravies from splitting.
The assessment takes about 7 minutes, is auto-scored, and produces a certificate with a unique verifiable ID you can share with anyone. Beep is backed by Shark Tank India, Google for Startups, Microsoft for Startups and AWS, with over 1 lakh people certified across 300+ fields.
