The Beep Optical Showroom & Dispensing Assistant certification checks whether you understand the work of an optical store floor — single-vision, bifocal and progressive lenses, coatings and materials, and reading the sphere, cylinder, axis and ADD on a customer's prescription.

It also tests the details that decide whether a pair of spectacles works: measuring fitting height for progressives, knowing why near PD is smaller than distance PD, steering a high-minus customer towards a smaller frame, and spotting a frame too shallow for a progressive lens.

The assessment takes about 7 minutes, is auto-scored, and produces a certificate with a unique verifiable ID you can share with anyone. Beep is backed by Shark Tank India, Google for Startups, Microsoft for Startups and AWS, with over 1 lakh people certified across 300+ fields.
