Is this a CSC ID or VLE registration?
No. This is Beep's own knowledge assessment, issued and assessed by Beep only. It is not a CSC ID, VLE registration or any government authorisation, and it has no link with CSC e-Governance, any ministry, NSDC or any sector skill council. It does not give you the right to run a government service centre.
Does it teach how to use specific government portals?
No. Portals change often. It tests the counter habits every portal needs: verifying applicants, consent, data privacy, displayed charges, receipts and reference numbers.
How is this different from the Bank Mitra / BC Operations certification on Beep?
