The Beep CNC Operator & Programming certification checks whether you understand how a CNC machine is set up and run — how it differs from a conventional machine, how the axes are defined, and what common codes like G00, G21, G41, M03 and absolute versus incremental modes do.
It also covers work offsets such as G54 and tool length offsets, zero-setting and dry runs, calculating spindle speed and reading feed rates, first-piece inspection against the drawing, and the safety habits expected on a shop floor.
The assessment takes about 7 minutes, is auto-scored, and produces a certificate with a unique verifiable ID you can share with anyone. Beep is backed by Shark Tank India, Google for Startups, Microsoft for Startups and AWS, with over 1 lakh people certified across 300+ fields.
