The Beep Bartender Skills certification checks whether you can run a bar station responsibly: checking a guest's age with a valid ID, spotting the signs of intoxication, politely refusing another drink, offering water and food, and helping arrange a safe ride home.
It also covers the craft and hygiene behind every drink, such as pouring with a jigger, following one written recipe so drinks taste the same, stirring clear drinks, making mocktails, scooping ice with a scoop and never a glass, emptying the ice bin after a breakage, and keeping garnishes and juices fresh.

Is this a liquor licence or an official responsible service permit?
No. This is Beep's own knowledge assessment, issued and assessed by Beep only. It has no affiliation with any government agency, training authority, licensing office or drinks brand, and it is not a licence, a permit or a guarantee of a job here or abroad.
Does it encourage drinking?
No. It is about serving responsibly: checking age, refusing intoxicated guests, offering water, food and alcohol-free mocktails, and making sure guests get home safely. It names no drinks brands.
How is this different from the Barista certification on Beep?
The Barista certification covers espresso, grinding, milk steaming and coffee machine care. This one covers the bar: responsible service of alcohol, measures, ice and glass safety, bar hygiene and mocktails.
